No practical project is too small. The minor changes provided a more elegant look to an area that previously looked constantly struggling to look healthy. The HOA president wanted to eliminate the issues of mud and struggling grass by installing a trash pad design. This way when home owners put their trash out two days a week, there is now a flat permanent surface that adds aesthetic value to the neighborhood as well.
Construction Process
The dimensions were taken and the digging process began, which involved going approximately 8 inches down into existing soil for base materials. The most important part is the base to provide longevity for paver stability. Pavers were checked with a level throughout the process to ensure a flat level surface.
